- Espresso Machine
- Double Espresso Shot
- Coffee Grinder
- Tall Glass
- Cold Milk
- Flavoured Syrup (of your choice) - If desired
Place a handful of large ice cubes into the tall glass and pour the cold milk over the top. Fill the glass around ⅔ of the way.Grind & Tamp
Grind between 18 - 22g of fresh coffee beans and tap the portafilter to settle the grounds, tamp on a level surface with a consistent amount of pressure.
Extract Espresso Shot
Place the portafilter into the group head firmly. Place a mug or small jug under the spout to catch both shots of coffee. Extract a double shot of expresso which should take around 30 seconds. The colour of the coffee should be like warm honey with a creamy texture on the top, Pour the mixture over the top of the ice and milk and stir with a latte spoon and enjoy!
Add 2 pumps of your favourite flavoured syrup & mix thoroughly!
