Camembert With Garlic, Mustard & Honey


  • 1 Full Round of Camembert
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 Tbsp of Honey
  • 1 Tbsp of White Wine
  • 1 Tbsp of Wholegrain Mustard



  1. Score the camembert with multiple incisions and insert slithers of garlic, then place the camembert into the baker.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the mustard, honey and white wine, then pour this over the cheese.

  3. Preheat the oven to 175°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 3. Place the baker into the oven and this should be fully melted within 10-15 minutes.

Serve with warm French bread or crackers
