Easy 3 Step Beetroot Hummus Recipe


  • 6 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1x Garlic Cloves
  • 4 Tbsp of Tahini
  • 1 Tsp of Ground Cumin
  • 200g of Chickpeas (Drained)
  • Juice of One Lemon
  • 3x Cooked Beetroots
  • 1 Tsp of Salt
  • 1 Tsp of Ground Coriander



  1. Add all of the above ingredients to the bowl compartment of the food chopper and attach a multi-purpose blade.

  2. Turn on the Chopper on speed 2 and use the pulse function if possible and keep it mixing until completely smooth.

  3. Pour the Hummus Mixture into a serving bowl, drizzle with extra olive oil and sesame seeds to add extra flavour.

Serve with crispbreads, raw celery or Carrots and enjoy!
