Chicken & Broccoli Curry Casserole Bake Recipe

  • 1x Broccoli Head - £0.55p
  • 4x Skinless Chicken Breasts Cubed - £4.20
  • 2x 400g Cream of Chicken Soup - £1.10
  • 4tbsp Double Cream - £0.75
  • 2tsp Hot Curry Powder - £0.75
  • 25g Grated Cheese - £0.75


  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C / 375°F. Cook the broccoli in boiling water until slightly soft (approx. 4 - 5 minutes).

  2. In an oven-proof dish arrange the broccoli and chicken pieces evenly.

  3. Using a jug thoroughly mix the cream of chicken soup, double cream and curry powder.

  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken and broccoli pieces and top evenly with your grated cheese.

  5. Place in the oven and cook for approximately 50 minutes, until the chicken is cooked and the cheese is lightly browned.

To Serve

As an optional choice we recommend serving this dish with mash potato and carrots.
