3 Cheese Slow Cooker Mac & Cheese Recipe


  • Serves: 8 - 10 People
  • Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
  • Cooking Time: 3 Hours


  • 150g Parmesan Cheese
  • 110g Salted Butter (cubed)
  • 500g Strong Cheddar Cheese
  • 1lb Elbow Macaroni Pasta
  • 110g Cream Cheese (cut into cubes)
  • 400g - 420g Evaporated Milk or 500ml Whole Milk
  • 1 Tsp English Mustard Powder
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic (minced)
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)


  • Measuring Utensils
  • 5 Litre Slow Cooker
  • Ladle or Skimmer


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a slow cooker and stir thoroughly until the wet ingredients are mixed. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Cook on high until the pasta is cooked through. Mix thoroughly until everything has come together and the sauce has thickened. This may take around 2-3 hours.

Serve your mac & cheese with garlic bread and top with fresh chives and enjoy! The ultimate comfort food this winter!
