Wrendale Designs present their 'Oops A Daisy' Personal Organiser, featuring illustrations by the renowned artist Hannah Dale. Made from vegan leather in a lovely pale green showing a delightful mouse with daisies on the front and back of the organiser, inside you will find everything you need to organise your routine with weekly and monthly planners, a meal planner plus to do and shopping lists, pages for contacts, passwords and budgets. On the front of the personal organiser is a wren stud to enable you to keep it closed with the elastic band attached to the back, the interior is canvas and striped in a complementing colour with pockets to hold notes and receipts. All the pages can be moved around on the brushed brass 6 ring loose-leaf binder to an order that suits you. This beautiful organiser would make a lovely gift or a treat for yourself.

Since we are an independent retailer we make every effort to provide the highest level of customer care and service, which is why we aim to respond quickly to emails, provide telephone customer service, same day dispatch and aim to get your order to you on the next working day.
Price Matching
We always try to price our products as competitively as possible but do understand there might be times where a High Street competitor is cheaper. We will always endeavour to match their price (including delivery) as long as they have physical stores and provide the same level of professional and personal service. This is something that cannot be replicated by the likes of Amazon which is why we do not price match against them or other mail order only companies.
Full Terms
- Must be a UK registered company.
- Item must be the same model, condition and be in-stock.
- Competitor must have a physical store/s showrooms are excluded (we will not match Amazon, eBay and other marketplaces.)
- Confirmed price matches are valid for 24 hours.
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday on the same da for delivery the next working day (DHL Parcel/Parcelforce). Orders placed after the cut off point and over the weekend will be sent on the following Monday.

Potters Cookshop is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen parcels if a 'safe space' is specified without a signature being obtained. By stating a safe place customers are therefore taking responsibility prior to receipt.
Cancellation
If for any reason you wish to refuse / cancel your order after dispatch or upon delivery we do require the delivery fee incurred by us to be deducted from the refund amount of your order. This is due to there being no issue with the product / order.
If your order has qualified for free delivery this charge will still be applied.
