Price Matching

We always try to price our products as competitively as possible but do understand there might be times where a High Street competitor is cheaper. We will always endeavour to match their price (including delivery) as long as they have physical stores and provide the same level of professional and personal service. This is something that cannot be replicated by the likes of Amazon which is why we do not price match against them or other mail order only companies.

Potters Cookshop is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen parcels if a 'safe space' is specified without a signature being obtained. By stating a safe place customers are therefore taking responsibility prior to receipt.

If you ask the courier to leave your parcel in a ‘safe place’ and no signature is obtained,
responsibility passes to you once the parcel is marked as delivered. Potters Cookshop
cannot be held liable for loss, theft or damage in these circumstances.

Cancellations / Refused Deliveries

If you cancel or refuse your order after it has been dispatched, we will deduct the delivery cost we have incurred from your refund. This applies even if your order qualified for free delivery (as we still incur a shipping charge).

Delayed Deliveries

Please allow up to 5 working days from dispatch for your parcel to arrive before contacting us. Delivery times are estimates and we do not offer a guaranteed delivery date. During festive seasons and peak periods, deliveries may take slightly longer.
