Originally being created in the UK for commercial use by a small team who pay the utmost attention to the small details and you can even find the assemblers name on the base of the products, showing that these items are made with you in mind! The kettle in this range features a generous 1.7 Litre capacity and 2 viewing windows to ensure the right amount of water is boiled as and when needed. Dualit Classic kettles also include the patented Whisper Boil™ for quiet boiling! The 2 slice toaster in this set is guaranteed to toast your breakfast just how you like it! With extra-wide slots allow you to toast items such as crumpets, muffins, rolls and other bread. There is also a selection of toasting functions and optional extras to provide excellent versatility.

Since we are an independent retailer we make every effort to provide the highest level of customer care and service, which is why we aim to respond quickly to emails, provide telephone customer service, same day dispatch and aim to get your order to you on the next working day.
Price Matching
We always try to price our products as competitively as possible but do understand there might be times where a High Street competitor is cheaper. We will always endeavour to match their price (including delivery) as long as they have physical stores and provide the same level of professional and personal service. This is something that cannot be replicated by the likes of Amazon which is why we do not price match against them or other mail order only companies.

- Item must be the same model, condition and be in-stock.
- Competitor must have a physical store/s showrooms are excluded (we will not match Amazon, eBay and other marketplaces.)
- Confirmed price matches are valid for 24 hours.
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Potters Cookshop is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen parcels if a 'safe space' is specified without a signature being obtained. By stating a safe place customers are therefore taking responsibility prior to receipt.
Important Notice – “Safe Place” Deliveries
If you ask the courier to leave your parcel in a ‘safe place’ and no signature is obtained,
responsibility passes to you once the parcel is marked as delivered. Potters Cookshop
cannot be held liable for loss, theft or damage in these circumstances.
Cancellations / Refused Deliveries
If you cancel or refuse your order after it has been dispatched, we will deduct the delivery cost we have incurred from your refund. This applies even if your order qualified for free delivery (as we still incur a shipping charge).
Delayed Deliveries
Please allow up to 5 working days from dispatch for your parcel to arrive before contacting us. Delivery times are estimates and we do not offer a guaranteed delivery date. During festive seasons and peak periods, deliveries may take slightly longer.
