Global Knives introduces the G-106 Special Edition 24cm Kiritsuke Knife, which is available in limited quantities. This versatile knife can handle most tasks typically performed with a Gyuto or Chef’s Knife, as well as the functions of a Nakiri and Sujihiki. It is ideal for a push and pull cutting technique, and the tip of the blade is particularly effective for fine dicing and chopping.
Traditionally, many Japanese knife manufacturers produced a specialised knife with a one-sided grind known as the “Kiritsuke.” Using this knife effectively requires significant skill, and in many Japanese restaurants, only the head chef is permitted to use one. As a result, the Kiritsuke Knife has come to symbolise expertise, status, and seniority in the culinary world. Building on this tradition, Global® Knives has engineered a Double-Edged version of the Kiritsuke in their Classic series, resulting in a highly versatile knife.

Since we are an independent retailer we make every effort to provide the highest level of customer care and service, which is why we aim to respond quickly to emails, provide telephone customer service, same day dispatch and aim to get your order to you on the next working day.
Price Matching
We always try to price our products as competitively as possible but do understand there might be times where a High Street competitor is cheaper. We will always endeavour to match their price (including delivery) as long as they have physical stores and provide the same level of professional and personal service. This is something that cannot be replicated by the likes of Amazon which is why we do not price match against them or other mail order only companies.

- Confirmed price matches are valid for 24 hours.
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday on the same da for delivery the next working day (DHL Parcel/Parcelforce). Orders placed after the cut off point and over the weekend will be sent on the following Monday.

Potters Cookshop is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen parcels if a 'safe space' is specified without a signature being obtained. By stating a safe place customers are therefore taking responsibility prior to receipt.
Cancellation
If for any reason you wish to refuse / cancel your order after dispatch or upon delivery we do require the delivery fee incurred by us to be deducted from the refund amount of your order. This is due to there being no issue with the product / order.
If your order has qualified for free delivery this charge will still be applied.
